We have made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. We guarantee that vaccinations and worming
are current and this pup has been vet checked. Breeder guarantees this puppy for six months (from date of birth)
against congenital defects not including luxating patellas.
If a defect is found, you will receive a new puppy as soon as possible. We will replace the puppy upon receiving
a signed document from your veterinarian stating the defect or problem. The following conditions must be met for
the guarantee to be honored…check up was within three days of receiving puppy and a problem was found and
breeder was notified in allotted time frame (three days).
Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona Virus after the sale, as these are highly
contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately leaving breeder. Should any questions rise, owner is
encouraged to call breeder for help and advice. In addition, if you find that you are unable or unwilling to care for
your pet, you may return him or her to us, to be placed in a new permanent home. Under these circumstances, no
monetary compensation would be returned to you.
*We recommend you spay or neuter your puppy for health reasons/this puppy is not intended for breeding
purposes*
We do not guarantee size, color, Temperament of this animal when grown.
Puppy can’t be returned because of medical expenses, allergic to pet, disagreement of family members or landlord’
s disapproval.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for puppy after agreement has been signed.
